New Group Starting in January! Wednesday Evenings 7:00pm-8:30pm
Small groups are capped at 4 people and are designed to offer a supportive environment to explore the in's and out's of adulting with ADHD. This group runs for 12 weeks, with one 90 minute session a week on Tuesday evenings.
The goal over the 12 weeks is to provide a safe space to support one another and to celebrate the growth and the awareness that you will develop.
Whether you want to be coached on how to handle ADHD in your marriage, how to stay motivated with working from home, or how to be better with time management, no issue is too big or too small.
