Berkeley brings over 25 years of experience in helping individuals see their strengths and potential and find strategies that improve motivation, time management, emotional regulation, and organization. Her understanding of ADHD is multifaceted. She is "happy to be ADHD" and understands what it feels like to have ADHD, both the gifts and the challenges it can present. In addition she is the parent of two spirited young adults, one who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 5. She understands ADHD from the child lens, the adult lens, as well as through the parent lens. |
Berkeley earned her coaching certification through ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy). She earned her M.Ed. from George Washington University in Secondary Education in English and English as a Second Language, and her undergraduate degree from Davidson College.
She lives with her husband in Charlotte, North Carolina. Outside of coaching and consulting, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her rescue dogs, Kobe and Tiger.
