Supporting Older Teens, College Students, and Adults Managing ADHD and Executive Functioning Challenges
At Gardner ADDvocacy Group, I serve as a professionally trained and certified ADHD coach and consultant and as a mentor, partner, and sounding board to older teens, college students, and adults who have ADHD and executive functioning challenges.
Those with ADHD often feel ashamed and frustrated, thinking they are flawed and broken. My hope is to teach them that ADHD is actually just a unique difference in brain anatomy and wiring. My goal is also to collaborate with my clients to help them discover strategies that make life easier. Although ADHD may sometimes result in difficulty with planning, organization, or time management, those with ADHD can be extremely creative, emotionally intelligent, out of the box thinkers.

"This service organized every aspect of my life; from school to scheduling, we did it all. I experienced noticeable increases in average grades and decreased stress levels. I cannot recommend using Gardner ADDvocacy enough." E.S.
"I was new to ADHD Coaching and didn't know what to expect. I didn't realize how much having a coach would transform my ability to manage my time, tackle projects at work that I had been avoiding, and keep up with my keys, cell phone, and other things. Berkeley's help has been life changing." M.L.
